This is an easy yet healthy cake recipe.

Step 1 :

Mix wheat flour, corn flour, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl and sieve it.

Step 2 :

In another bowl add milk powder, jaggery, 1 cup lukewarm milk, vanilla essence and vinegar. Mix it well and set it aside.

Step 3 :

Coat the cake tin with butter and wheat flour. Preheat the oven at 180° C for 10 minutes.

Step 4 :

Now, mix the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients in cut and fold method, add milk as required to gain a flowly consistency batter.

Step 5 :

Coat dry fruits with maida and add it in the batter.

Step 6 :

Transfer it to the cake tin and bake it at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
