It is a dessert recipe that has pineapple and sago as the core ingredients. Sago is good for stomach and the benefits of pineapple are numerous. The natural sweetness of pineapple is good enough to make this pudding taste sweet and yummy.

Step 1 :

Soak sago in water for 2-3 hours.

Step 2 :

Crush 8 pieces of tinned pineapple.

Step 3 :

Clean and chop the pineapple into small chunks.

Step 4 :

Take milk in a heavy bottom pan and bring it to a boil.

Step 5 :

Once done, add the soaked sago to it and let it simmer on low flame for 8-10 minutes.

Step 6 :

Remove it from flame and let it cool down.

Step 7 :

Keep it in the fridge to chill.

Step 8 :

Now, add crushed pineapple and pineapple chunks to it.

Step 9 :

Add honey to it and mix it well.

Step 10 :

Allow it to set in the fridge until serving.
