Oats and dates ladoo is entirely sugar free, as it gets its natural sweetness from dates, it is healthy for all age groups.

Step 1 :

Take a pan, dry roast rolled oats and keep it side after roasting.

Step 2 :

In a grinder take dates and grind it to a semi solid paste.

Step 3 :

Chop the dry fruits into small pieces and set it aside.

Step 4 :

Next, take rolled oats in a plate add dates paste, chopped dry fruits, 2 tbsp ghee and mix it properly with your hands.

Step 5 :

Add cardamon powder to the mixture.

Step 6 :

After that, grease your hands with 1 tsp ghee and start making ladoos with the prepared mixture.

Step 7 :

Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Serve with tea.
