This bars are a simple yet healthy snack recipe that can be eaten at anytime of the day.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Preheat oven to 170° C.

Step 2 :

In a pan, dry roast oats, coconut and almonds until the coconut starts browning for about 7-8 minutes.

Step 3 :

Put dates and honey in a mixer and make a paste.

Step 4 :

Mix toasted oats mixture with date and honey paste. Add the dried fruits and mix well.

Step 5 :

Put the mixture in a parchment lined baking tray and press very well.

Step 6 :

Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.

Step 7 :

Cool completely and cut into bars and serve.

Step 8 :

It can be stored for up to a month in airtight containers at room temperature.
