Step 1 :

Heat up a kadhai, add ghee, cloves and bay leaves.

Step 2 :

Add cashews and sauté for a minute.

Step 3 :

Add beetroot and sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add carrots then again sauté for few more minutes.

Step 4 :

Now, add salt to it, then add soaked rice and water and mix well.

Step 5 :

Add cardamom powder and sugar and stir well.

Step 6 :

Cover and cook until the rice is fully cooked.

Step 7 :

Once done, finally add the ghee and mix well.
