This is a delicious, healthy Chinese style snack and a breakfast dish. Rich in protein. This omelette and a glass of fresh juice is a good start for any day.

Step 1 :

Beat 5 eggs thoroughly and filter it to remove the foam.

Step 2 :

Cut all the veggies into small cubes.

Step 3 :

Mix the veggies with the beaten eggs and add salt and pepper as needed.

Step 4 :

Heat the pan and add butter.

Step 5 :

Add the egg and veggie mixture on the butter. Make sure the stove is on sim.

Step 6 :

Fold the omelette while it is still in the pan. Keep folding so that every omelette gets at least 4 layers.

Step 7 :

Cut the layered omelette into small squares.
