Step 1 :

In plate, add gram flour, chopped onion, green chilly, salt, red chilly powder, oil and enough water to make dough.

Step 2 :

Now, make small balls from the dough and roll out into small rotis.

Step 3 :

Spread ghee all over it and again close it to form a ball.

Step 4 :

Once again, roll out into rotis.

Step 5 :

Heat a tawa, shallow fry the rotis with ghee on both the sides.

Step 6 :

Serve besan missi roti with kadi pakoda.
