It is a Rajasthani special dish prepared during pooja 7 days after Holi.

Step 1 :

Soak rice for half an hour.

Step 2 :

Meanwhile, cut almonds and cashews in 2-3 pieces. Cardamom also needs to be peeled and ground well.

Step 3 :

Soak saffron in 2 tbsp of water for 5-10 minutes.

Step 4 :

Cook rice in a cooker and mash the cooked rice, once it is cooked well.

Step 5 :

Mix hung curd, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, cardamom and saffron in a bowl. Set aside a few dry fruits and saffron for garnish, later.

Step 6 :

Add mashed rice to the above mix of curd and dry fruits.

Step 7 :

Serve it with dry fruits and saffron as garnish.
