Wash, clean and roughly chop strawberries.
Step 2 :
Now, add these chopped strawberries in a blender and blend it into a smooth puree.
Step 3 :
Add curd, rose essence, milk, cream and cardamom powder to the blender and blend until all the ingredients combine.
Step 4 :
Allow it to cool in the fridge for around 15-30 minutes.
Step 5 :
Serve it chilled.
