This is a desert recipe made from hung curd. A spoonful of this dessert will melt in your mouth, it will give you a heavenly taste of satisfaction.

Step 1 :

Take hung curd in a bowl and beat it till the curd turns creamy.

Step 2 :

Add condensed milk to the curd and again mix it properly. Mix both condensed milk and curd so that a creamy texture is formed.

Step 3 :

Now, add milk and green cardamom powder, mix it well.

Step 4 :

Pour the curd batter in a greased bowl and sprinkle few strands of saffron on the top of the mixture.

Step 5 :

Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and let it rest for a while.

Step 6 :

Put the bowl in the steamer and cook it for 20-25 minutes on low to medium flame .

Step 7 :

Once done, check the dish by inserting a knife in it, if it comes out clean, it is ready or else allow it to cook for another 5-8 minutes.

Step 8 :

Cool it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours and serve.
