This is a twisted gujiya recipe that will be loved by all. It is packed with the sweetness of khoya and coated with chocolate. It is a perfect recipe for Holi festival.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add maida, oil, curd and a pinch of salt.

Step 2 :

Knead the dough with lukewarm water. The dough should be soft and firm.

Step 3 :

Mix sugar and cardamom powder in khova. Dry roast khova in a pan, till aromatic.

Step 4 :

Take portions of the dough, place the filling inside and shape it into gujiyas and fry.

Step 5 :

Melt the chocolate with double boiling method and add a few drop of butter in it.

Step 6 :

Coat the gujiyas in melted chocolate and garnish it with raisins.

Step 7 :

Refrigerate it for 10 minutes and serve.
