Step 1 :

Add washed and roughly chopped betel leaves into a blender.

Step 2 :

To this add fennel seeds, desiccated coconut, gulkand, ice cream, 3 ice cubes and 1/4th cup of water.

Step 3 :

Blend in together for a 3-5 minutes or until well blended.

Step 4 :

Strain and pour the drink into the shot glasses and serve.
