Step 1 :

In a vessel, bring the milk to a boil.

Step 2 :

To it, add ginger, sugar, honey and saffron. Give it a good stir.

Step 3 :

The milk will get a nice golden yellow colour from turmeric and saffron. Place it in the fridge for a while.

Step 4 :

Pour it into glasses and serve it chilled.
