This kachori recipe is very tasty and will be loved by kids. This is an easy to make snack specially for festive occasions.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add rava, maida and salt. Add water and kneed it into a dough like chapati.

Step 2 :

Dry fry udad dal and keep aside.

Step 3 :

Using a grinder, make a fine powder of almonds, pista, cashew nuts, urad dal, red chilli powder, saunf and salt.

Step 4 :

Take a lemon size dough and fill the powder mixture in the middle and shape it as pooris.

Step 5 :

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Step 6 :

Fry these kachoris in oil till they turn light brown in colour.

Step 7 :

Take it out and allow it to cool. Serve it with sauce.
