Step 1 :
Take a large bowl, sift the flour in it, put in the other dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 2 :
In another bowl, add mashed banana, milk, butter and mix well to incorporate.
Step 3 :
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl and whisk well to make a smooth batter.
Step 4 :
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan and pour in 1/4th cup of the batter.
Step 5 :
Fry the pancake till it becomes golden brown once done, flip it to the other side.
Step 6 :
Fry three more pancakes with the same batter.
Step 7 :
Serve it hot with some tea.
