Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Wash and clean spinach. Chop it into smaller pieces and place it in a bowl.

Step 2 :

Crumble paneer with hands and add it to the bowl.

Step 3 :

Add chopped onion and green chilli and add salt to taste.

Step 4 :

Mix it well and make a dough from it. Divide the portion into two equal halves.

Step 5 :

Heat tawa on the stove.

Step 6 :

Roll out two chapatis from the dough.

Step 7 :

Pour ghee and cook it for 1 minute on each side, on medium heat.

Step 8 :

Serve it hot with a slice of cheese on top along with slices of cucumber, onion and tomato chutney.
