Quinoa contains protein, essential amino acids and fiber. This ingredient is combined with veggies, chicken and drizzled with Italian dressing to make a wholesome meal.

Step 1 :

Cook quinoa pasta using the instructions given on the pack.

Step 2 :

Once pasta is done, refrigerate it for at least an hour or so for it to set.

Step 3 :

When you are ready to make the salad, slice all the cherry tomatoes into half, diced onion, broccoli and yellow bell pepper.

Step 4 :

Boil chicken in a vessel with water and a pinch of salt, once done dice the chicken into small pieces and place it in a large bowl.

Step 5 :

Add all the chopped veggies in the same bowl.

Step 6 :

Now, add in the prepared quinoa pasta and season it with Italian dressing. Mix it well to combine.

Step 7 :

Serve it cold.
