Falafel Tikkis is an Indian dish made up of white kabuli channa soaked, overnight. It is very healthy and contains proper amount of nutrition.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, soak the kabuli channa overnight in water.

Step 2 :

Next day, drain the water from the channa.

Step 3 :

Add soaked channa, chopped onion, garlic pieces, ginger paste, wheat flour, green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder, in a grinder and grind it into a coarse paste.

Step 4 :

Make small balls out of the prepared mixture and set aside.

Step 5 :

Heat oil in a kadai, once done fry these balls till golden brown in colour.

Step 6 :

Serve it hot with tomato sauce or hummus.
