Step 1 :

Whisk the coconut milk, chia seeds, and honey together in a large bowl.

Step 2 :

Make sure to use a bigger bowl as the mixture will rise when the chia seeds combine.

Step 3 :

Cover and chill in the fridge for overnight.

Step 4 :

Remove it from the fridge, ensure your pudding looks thick and the chia seeds are well combined.

Step 5 :

Stir it well before serving. Transfer it into bowls and add chopped bananas, apples and dry fruit and nuts to it.
