Chop apple, onion, tomato, cucumber, in dices and keep them aside.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, add chopped apples, cucumber, onion, tomato, boiled brown chana and mix them.

Step 3 :

Pour lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, kala namak and black pepper powder and mix it well.

Step 4 :

Serve this refreshing salad.
