This masala veggie oats dish is loaded with the goodness of vegetables.

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a wok.

Step 2 :

Once the oil is heated, add mustard seeds to it.

Step 3 :

Add finely chopped onion, carrot, beans and capsicum, once the mustard seeds start to splutter.

Step 4 :

Saute it on a high flame for a minute.

Step 5 :

Add salt, chaat masala and red chilly powder, saute it for 5 seconds.

Step 6 :

Now, add the packet of oats and saute for 5 seconds. To this, add water and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 7 :

Adjust the consistency using water and cook. Once done, transfer it into a bowl.

Step 8 :

Garnish the dish with chopped coriander leaves.
