It is a mouth watering quick snack dish, kids will love it as instant noodles is the core ingredient.

Step 1 :

Prepare the instant noodles in a wok, with the given masala. Take out the noodles and keep it aside till it cools down.

Step 2 :

Cut 2 medium onions in small pieces and put them in the bowl.

Step 3 :

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add coriander powder, chaat masala and ginger garlic paste to it. Mix it with a spoon.

Step 4 :

Add the cooked instant noodles and chopped onions into the egg mixture. Mix it well and add mint leaves to it.

Step 5 :

In a wok, add oil and wait till the oil is heated. Take small amounts of the mixture, shape it into balls and fry them till it turns golden brown in colour.

Step 6 :

Take them out on a plate and serve it hot with cheese dip or tomato ketchup.
