Potato is always loved by people. This recipe is cooked with onion and ghee to satiate your taste-buds.

Step 1 :

Finely chop onion and cut the potatoes into cubes.

Step 2 :

Heat a pan, add ghee to it, once melted add urad dal, mustard seeds and green chillies. Saute it well for about a minute or two.

Step 3 :

Add potato cubes to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Step 4 :

Add turmeric powder and salt to it. Stir for 2 minutes.

Step 5 :

Lastly, add onion and saute for about 5-7 minutes or until the onion is well cooked.

Step 6 :

Transfer it into a bowl and serve it hot!
