Homemade extra crispy capsicum rings are perfect appetizers to prepare, especially for parties. They are crispy and easy to make.

Step 1 :

Rinse the capsicum and cut into 1/4 inch slices.

Step 2 :

Combine maida, corn flour, salt, baking powder, paprika and garlic powder.

Step 3 :

Coat the rings in flour mixture and set aside.

Step 4 :

Add in enough buttermilk to make it a free flow batter.

Step 5 :

Coat each rings into the batter and shake the excess away.

Step 6 :

Now, coat it in bread crumbs.

Step 7 :

Heat oil in a kadai and fry until golden, flipping occasionally on the other side.

Step 8 :

Drain the excess oil using tissue.

Step 9 :

Salt lightly as soon as rings come out of the oil and serve immediately.
