Step 1 :

In a bowl, add curd and poha.

Step 2 :

Add salt to taste, milk and 2 tbsp of curd.

Step 3 :

Garnish it with fresh spring onions and transfer it into a container, cover the container with the lid.

Step 4 :

In 30 minutes, you would have your healthy snack ready. You can also top it with finely chopped tomatoes, olives, capsicum, as per your choice.
