This is a yummy starter, it can also be used as side dish for chapati or fried rice.

Step 1 :

Wash mushroom and cut it into slices.

Step 2 :

Add corn flour, maida, pepper and salt in the mushroom and mix well. Need not add water to it and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

Wash and cut all the vegetables.

Step 4 :

Heat oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.

Step 5 :

Saute well and add capsicum. Sprinkle some water and cook it for sometime.

Step 6 :

Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and saute well.

Step 7 :

Now, fry mushroom first in a oil and add with gravy.

Step 8 :

Add pepper and salt and mix well. Turn off the flame and garnish with spring onions.
