This is a go to snack whenever kids are hungry. It is healthy and tasty as well. Egg and bread are the main ingredients.

Step 1 :

Cut the bread slices into cubes and fry it separately using oil.

Step 2 :

Chop all the vegetables and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, green chilli, curry leaves till onion turns golden brown.

Step 4 :

Add tomato and fry till it turns mushy.

Step 5 :

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6 :

Now, make a gap in the middle and drop the eggs.

Step 7 :

Fry eggs till completely done. Now, scramble it and fry it all together.

Step 8 :

Add bread cubes in egg mixture and fry for 5 minutes.

Step 9 :

At the end, add pepper powder and give a quick stir. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Step 10 :

Serve it hot with sauce.
