This is a healthy Indian snack that takes less time to prepare. It is tasty and full of nutrition.

Step 1 :

Wash and grate all the vegetables. Cut onion into thin slices.

Step 2 :

In a mixing bowl, add grated carrot, cabbage, onion, green chilli and curry leaves.

Step 3 :

Add all the spices one by one and mix well. Need not add water as the vegetables have wet content.

Step 4 :

Heat oil in a fry pan and with a spoon, scoop portions of batter and place it in the pan.

Step 5 :

Fry till golden brown and crispy. Repeat the process till the mix is over.

Step 6 :

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
