Palak with Prawns Curry

This gravy is easy to prepare and tastes delicious. It is healthy as well as the core ingredients are spinach and prawns.

Step 1 :

Wash the prawns and keep aside.

Step 2 :

In a pan, heat oil, add the cleaned prawns to it and saute it till the raw smell disappears. Once done, transfer the prawns in a plate.

Step 3 :

Take the same pan and heat the remaining oil. Add chopped onions and green chillies, saute till it is cooked well.

Step 4 :

Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 minutes.

Step 5 :

Now add the cooked prawns, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.

Step 6 :

Add chopped spinach and salt, mix it well.

Step 7 :

Cover it with a lid and let it cook. Once the spinach is cooked, add a cup of water and mix well.

Step 8 :

Cover and cook on medium heat till the prawns are cooked and the water evaporates.

Step 9 :

Add garam masala and take it off the gas. Serve it hot.
