Anjeer is an energy booster in the winters combined with milk results in a classic yet mouthwatering sweet dish.

Step 1 :

In a thick bottom vessel, boil milk.

Step 2 :

Once it boils, add chopped figs and mix well. Mix it constantly to avoid it from sticking to the base.

Step 3 :

Once it turns into a thick paste, add ghee to it. Mix it well and let it cook.

Step 4 :

Now, add sugar, desiccated coconut, chopped almonds and pista to it. Mix it well.

Step 5 :

Cook it till the mixture thickens.

Step 6 :

Take a tray and grease it entirely with ghee.

Step 7 :

Pour the fig mixture into this and allow it to set and cool at room temperature.

Step 8 :

Once it cools down, cut it into desired shapes, decorate it with chopped almonds and serve.
