Semolina Toast or rawa toast is a delicious and easy recipe that is perfect for tea time snacks.

Step 1 :

Take semolina, yogurt and 1/4th cup of water in a mixing bowl. Mix it well and make a thick batter.

Step 2 :

Now, add onion, bell pepper, carrot, tomato, cabbage, green chillies, coriander and salt to the batter.

Step 3 :

Mix it well and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Step 4 :

Now, spread the prepared mixture evenly on one side of the slice bread.

Step 5 :

Heat a pan on low medium heat. Once heated, add butter to the pan.

Step 6 :

Place the bread on pan with the semolina mixture, side down.

Step 7 :

Cook till it turns golden brown in colour.

Step 8 :

Apply some butter on the top side and flip it. Allow it to toast well. Once turned brown, transfer it to a plate.

Step 9 :

Cook all the slices using the same method and serve it hot with tomato sauce.
