Seer Fish Fry

This fish fry recipe is s perfect side dish for lunch and dinner, if eaten with rice and curry.

Step 1 :

Wash the fish and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, besan and ginger garlic paste. Mix these ingredient well to combine.

Step 3 :

Add a little water, if required to make the paste.

Step 4 :

Equally spread the paste on both the sides, on all the fish slices.

Step 5 :

Now, cover the fish fillet with rava on both the sides and set it aside to rest for 20-30 minutes.

Step 6 :

Take a pan, add little oil in it once it is heated fry the fish fillets in sets of 3.

Step 7 :

Fry till it turns dark brown in colour. Ensure not to over cook as it will harden.

Step 8 :

Transfer to plate and squeeze lemon juice over it. Serve it hot.
