Step 1 :
In a bowl, whisk whipping cream with condensed milk and keep it aside.
Step 2 :
Add all the dry ingredients to a microwavable bowl and mix well.
Step 3 :
Add buttermilk, oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and whisk until everything is mixed well.
Step 4 :
Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 45-90 seconds. Cake should just feel puffy and spring back gently on touching. Do not overcook.
Step 5 :
Remove cake from the microwave and let it cool for 3-4 minutes. Pierce the cake with a butter knife at various places.
Step 6 :
Now, pour the condensed milk and whipping cream mixture over the cake.
Step 7 :
Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the cake. Allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
