This is an easy to make yet tasty breakfast for chocolate lovers.

Step 1 : To make the batter

Beat egg, salt and sugar in a bowl. Whisk until it becomes fluffy.

Step 2 :

Sieve maida and baking powder in a separate bowl.

Step 3 :

Add milk and butter to the flour mixture and beat it till turns into a smooth consistency.

Step 4 :

Now, mix flour and egg mixture together and keep it aside for 30-45 minutes.

Step 5 :

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Step 6 :

Pour the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.

Step 7 :

Fry till the pancakes turn brown on either sides.

Step 8 : To make chocolate sauce

Take cocoa powder, 3 tbsp of sugar and butter in a bowl. Mix it well to get a fine paste, slightly heat it if necessary.

Step 9 :

Gentle apply the prepared sauce on top of the pancakes and serve it hot.
