Egg White Chocolate with Mango Yolks

These chocolates look like half-boiled eggs. This recipe is made using white chocolate and mango puree.

Step 1 :

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or using double boiler.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, whip the cream till soft peaks.

Step 3 :

Add the white chocolate and mix well.

Step 4 :

Pour the content in a circular silicon mould. Tap the mould to release the air bubbles.

Step 5 :

Place the mould in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6 :

Meanwhile, prepare the mango puree. Grind the mango pulp to make puree.

Step 7 :

Take the mould out of freezer and unmould it carefully. Clean the circumference to get a nice shape.

Step 8 :

Using a dropper, pour in some drops of mango puree over the egg white center.

Step 9 :

Place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and its done.

Step 10 :

Take this out and consume whenever you feel like having the dessert.
