This is an easy to make, tasty Indian sweet that can be prepared within a few minutes.

Step 1 :

In a vessel, bring milk to a boil.

Step 2 :

Take a pan, heat ghee in it and roast sooji in it until aromatic.

Step 3 :

Once the milk is boiled, turn it to sim and add sooji and sugar into it.

Step 4 :

Keep stirring to allow the ingredients to blend well with the milk.

Step 5 :

Ensure there are no lumps, wait until the milk consistency thickens. To it add elaichi powder and mix well.

Step 6 :

Once the mixture thickens, add chopped dry fruits in it and continuously stir the milk to prevent it from getting burnt at the bottom.

Step 7 :

Serve it in bowls and garnish it with chopped pistachios.
