Cookies and Cream Bark is for white chocolate lovers. A simple mixture of white chocolate, crushed oreo biscuits and a bit of dark chocolate to top it up, and you are ready to set it and hog onto.

Step 1 :
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and leave aside.
Step 2 :
Crush the oreo cookies, maintaining little chunks of cookies, using a rolling pin. Do not crush them into a powder.
Step 3 :
Melt the white chocolate chips on a double boiler stirring continuously.
Step 4 :
Once the chocolate melts, add crushed cookies to it and mix them together. Save a few cookies for later.
Step 5 :
Transfer the mixture onto the lined baking tray, spreading it evenly across with a spatula.
Step 6 :
Sprinkle the remaining crushed cookies on the mixture.
Step 7 :
Melt the chocolate chips over the double boiler.
Step 8 :
Drizzle the chocolate over the bark.
Step 9 :
Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Step 10 :
Remove the bark from the freezer and break it into pieces and serve.
