This is an easy to make dish. It can be had for breakfast or in the evening as snacks. It is healthy and very nutritious too.

Step 1 :

Beat egg, banana, salt and sugar in a bowl until till becomes fluffy.

Step 2 :

Sieve maida, baking powder in a separate bowl.

Step 3 :

Add milk and butter, beat the flour till it becomes smooth.

Step 4 :

Now, mix flour and egg mixture together and keep it aside for 30-45 minutes.

Step 5 :

Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Pour a little oil in it.

Step 6 :

Pour the batter onto it using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

Step 7 :

Fry till golden brown on both sides and serve it hot.
