Step 1 :

In a glass bowl, melt chocolate chips and chopped dark chocolate pieces by placing it in the microwave. Allow the mixture to cool down.

Step 2 :

Whisk together egg yolks, coffee powder, sugar, and 1/2 cup fresh cream.

Step 3 :

Cook it on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes thick for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 4 :

Pour out the egg mixture into the cooled mixture and whisk to combine.

Step 5 :

Refrigerate it for about 25 minutes.

Step 6 :

Beat together the remaining cream and 3 tbsp sugar in a bowl.

Step 7 :

In two portions, fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.

Step 8 :

Refrigerate it for at least 15 -20 minutes before serving.

Step 9 :

Transfer into smaller bowls before serving and sprinkle chocolate shavings as topping.
