This recipe is a main course dish. It is very easy to make, tastes delicious and healthy as well as it is loaded with proteins and vitamins.

Step 1 :

Marinate the fish fillet with salt and olive oil for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 2 :

Now, use a cast iron or a heavy bottomed pan to sear the fish fillet.

Step 3 :

Blanch the green peas, mash half of the quantity and make a liquid puree of the rest.

Step 4 :

Take the boiled potato, peel the skin off and mash it.

Step 5 :

Blanch the asparagus and use the same fish pan to roast the asparagus.

Step 6 :

Thinly slice the carrot top and cook it with butter to make it a piping.

Step 7 :

Boil beetroot separately until entirely cooked. Thinly slice it and set aside.

Step 8 :

Take a plate, spread the pea puree generously on it and place the cooked fish over it. Add the cooked asparagus and place 3-4 beetroot slices around the dish.

Step 9 :

Add small dollops of the carrot and butter mixture around the dish. Place mashed potato on 2 sides of the plate and add a tbsp of mashed pea at the side.
