Step 1 : For the dough

Knead wheat flour, rice flour and salt with water, similar to a chapati dough.

Step 2 :

Once done, rest the dough for 10 minutes.

Step 3 : For the masala

Steam cook potato and broccoli.

Step 4 :

Heat a pan and add oil to it, add cumin and saute it for a few seconds.

Step 5 :

Add finely chopped onions and saute it for 2 minutes.

Step 6 :

Now, add mashed potato and broccoli to it.

Step 7 :

Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chaat masala and chopped mint leaves. Mix it together.

Step 8 : To make the samosa

Roll the kneaded dough into small balls.

Step 9 :

Roll the dough as chapati and fold it into a cone shape.

Step 10 :

Fill it with the prepared masala.

Step 11 :

Seal the dough opening with a little water.

Step 12 :

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the samosa until golden in colour.

Step 13 :

Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
