This is a special salad recipe for those who go to the gym and are health conscious.

Step 1 :

Keep the pan over the flame and heat it for a while.

Step 2 :

Add olive oil, once heated toss curry leaves in it and saute till brown in colour.

Step 3 :

Now, add salt and pepper, sesame, flax seeds and toss well.

Step 4 :

Add all the freshly cut vegetables and tofu in the pan and stir it well.

Step 5 :

Saute it for 2 minutes until the vegetables turn tender ensure the vegetables leaves are a little crunchy to avoid nutritional loss.

Step 6 :

Switch off the gas and transfer it to a bowl.

Step 7 :

Sprinkle lemon juice and toss it. Lastly, garnish it with oregano.
