Step 1 :
Boil the water and soak the gelatin in it for 10 minutes.
Step 2 :
In a bowl put cream, sugar, strawberry purée, soaked gelatin, ice cream and mix well.
Step 3 :
Transfer the mixture in a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for few hours till it is set.
Step 4 :
Decorate it with strawberry slices and strawberry sauce. Serve it chilled.
