Ragi Laddoo is a very nutritious snack. It is tasty and liked by children and elders. It is prepared with jaggery and nuts which gives energy and nutrition for all.

Step 1 :

Place a pan on the stove, add 1 tbsp ghee in it. Roast ragi flour in it till it gives out a nice aroma.

Step 2 :

Remove the ragi flour and roast peanuts, sesame seeds and cashew nuts, lightly in the same pan with 1 tbsp ghee.

Step 3 :

In a grinder, grind peanuts, sesame seeds and cashew nuts coarsely.

Step 4 :

Add ragi flour, bengal gram and jaggery powder to it and grind it for 1 minute.

Step 5 :

Remove the powder on to a plate and let it cool a little.

Step 6 :

Now, make small balls with the powder.

Step 7 :

You can add some milk/ghee to make the laddo if needed.
