Wheat Dal Dosa is a healthy recipe. It is crispy and yummy in taste.

Step 1 :

In grinder, add red chillies, jeera, chopped onion, tomato and salt. Grind it into a fine paste.

Step 2 :

After 5 minutes, add wheat flour, rice, grated coconut and 1 cup of water to it.

Step 3 :

Grind it for around 20-30 minutes, the batter should more or less look like a dosa batter.

Step 4 :

Empty the batter into a bowl.

Step 5 :

Heat oil in a flat pan. Scoop out a ladle-full of batter and pour it onto the pan.

Step 6 :

Using the ladle flatten the batter, in circular motion.

Step 7 :

Once it turns light brown in colour, flip it onto the other side.

Step 8 :

Serve it hot with potato sabzi or coconut chutney.
