This is an easy to make recipe, it tastes mouth-watering and should be tried by all sea food lovers.

Step 1 :

Cut the fish into desired pieces and wash it thoroughly. Keep in aside in a bowl.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, add an egg and beat it well.

Step 3 :

To the beaten egg, add salt, pepper and oregano. Mix it well to incorporate.

Step 4 :

Add ginger garlic paste to the fish and pour in the egg mixture. Mix it well and set it aside for marination, for around 30 minutes.

Step 5 :

Pre-heat the barbecue grill for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6 :

Place the marinated pieces on the grill. Brush the fish fillets with olive oil while grilling and keep flipping on both the sides with tongs to ensure it is grilled evenly on both sides.

Step 7 :

Cook the fish until it turns golden brown in colour. Ensure not to overcook the fish.

Step 8 :

Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander and lime juice.
