It is an easy recipe using few ingredients available at home. This dish is often reserved for any special occasion. It is liked by people of every age groups.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a vessel, boil potatoes with sufficient water and salt. Once done, allow it to cool peel and mash the potatoes.

Step 2 :

Add corn starch, red chili powder, turmeric, tandoori masala, rolled oats, salt and schezwan sauce to the mashed potatoes.

Step 3 :

Mix well and make a dough out of it.

Step 4 :

Divide the dough in eight parts.

Step 5 :

Take one baby corn and cover it half with a portion of potato mixture.

Step 6 :

Take cornflakes in a flat plate roll kebabs on it and deep fry it in hot oil, in a kadai till golden brown in colour.

Step 7 :

Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
