This is a simple to make chocolate mousse, it tastes yum and is a must try at home!

Step 1 :

Beat egg yolks in a bowl with an electric mixer for 3 minutes and gradually add sugar to it.

Step 2 :

Using double boiler method, melt dark chocolate and let it cool at room temperature once it melts, then add milk to it. Stir it well.

Step 3 :

In a bowl, add whipping cream, the chocolate mixture, cocoa powder, and stir well with spatula.

Step 4 :

Settle the mixture into cups and garnish it with cherry and a little bit of icing sugar.

Step 5 :

Refrigerate it for an hour or two and serve it chilled.
