Step 1 :
Grate the chocolate bar and place it in a heat resistant bowl.
Step 2 :
Take a large vessel, fill 1/4th of it with water and bring it to a boil, on low heat. Allow it to simmer.
Step 3 :
Place the bowl containing the grated chocolate in the vessel, add butter to it and allow it to melt by carefully stirring the same.
Step 4 :
Add water in another vessel, add coffee powder and sugar to it, bring it to a complete boil. After the first boil remove it from the gas and pour it in the chocolate mixture.
Step 5 :
Let it cool at room temperature.
Step 6 :
Take cream and whip it until it becomes stiff. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Now add this to the chocolate mixture and fold with a spatula until it combines well.
Step 7 :
Pour this mixture in shot glasses, ensure the mousse is leveled. Garnish the mousse with 1/2 tsp grated chocolate.
Step 8 :
Cling wrap the glasses and place it in the fridge for it to set for an hour or so.
Step 9 :
Serve it chilled.
