Step 1 :

Take a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, chopped onions, spinach, green chillies, salt, baking soda, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, hing, chilli powder and curry leaves.

Step 2 :

Mix well, add warm oil and lukewarm water to it. Mix it well to make a thick batter out of it. Add water depending on the consistency of the batter.

Step 3 :

Allow the batter to rest aside for 10 minutes. Meanwhile in a kadai, heat oil.

Step 4 :

After the oil is ready, using a spoon, take a little quantity of the prepared mixture and deep fry it.

Step 5 :

Let it cook well it becomes golden brown in colour.

Step 6 :

Serve this dish hot, along with tomato sauce.
